  • Being a small person I was bullied as a young girl. Then I just withdrew into my books. It was never resolved.

  • Yes I was and no it was never resolved because back when I was younger it was called being teased which was a way for the adults/teachers to just brush it off but I’m glad to see that nowadays there’s something being done about it and I’m proud to see more kids and adults speaking up about it and standing together.

  • I was always teased and bullied in school. I was told in high school to stop talking to my male best friend whom I had known, and still know, since Kindergarten. If I didn’t, this girl said that she was going to kick my axx. I got tired of her threats, and I told her that I wasn’t going to stop talking to him, ever! If she wanted to fight, then let’s fight. But I wasn’t going to do what she wanted me to do because she kept threatening me. She was also spreading rumors about me around high school. Once I stood up to her, she stopped!

  • I never dealt with real bullying, just some bully-like friends, but I knew kids at school who were bullied. I guess my parents raised me right, because I always befriended them and was nice to them. I ran into one of them the other day at the store (a boy from my grade with special needs who had been bullied throughout our school years who I was always nice to) and he was doing really well, really happy, which made me so glad to see. Sometimes all it takes is one person to stand up with the kids being bullied to help those kids make it through.
