I know a few schools don’t start until the 10th but for the most part, everyone’s back into the swing of things…including sharing germs.  Kids in school=shared germs.  There’s no way to avoid it.  It happens every year.Kleenex’s Back to School Website has a lot of great tips for protecting your kids (and you) from those germs- and some FUN activities too!

  • This year I have one in Kindergarten and one in preschool. My best school tip is plan ahead…clothes, supplies, homework, lunches…just plan ahead.

  • Make sure kids get a good breakfast, even if a quick one, you can choose healthy things for kids like hard boiled eggs (cooked ahead), fruits like blueberries and other berries. These have been proven to improve test scores and keep a child focused.

  • Shop sales all year long to get your school supplies extra cheap! Also, keep an eye on on children’s consignment shops all year for name brand clothes at half the regular price at least!
