Wow! Have you every come across an App that you just can’t live without (other than Angry Birds of course)? I am absolutely in LOVE with the Sprout Pregnancy Essentials App for iphone. Oh, were to begin. It has it all. The 3D models that you can rotate, weekly color image that are anatomically accurate, weekly weigh in (ughh), weekly advice, pregnancy timeline, preparations for doctor’s visits, pregnancy checklists, kick counter and contraction timer. Phew, did I get it all? Trust me, if you have thought about, this app has it.

Pregnancy Timeline
 3D graphics

Let me just say that the images are fantastic. I love being able to rotate this images 360 degrees. You can even set up the app to be gender specific if you so wish. Aside from the wonderful graphics, the information is great. I have owned my share of pregnancy books. They are completely obsolete now. This app has all the information I need. I love the weekly updates, and the checklists for preparing for doctor’s visits. How handy would it be to pull out your phone and have a checklist of symptoms and questions ready for your doctor? I also love the pregnancy checklist. It seem like I always forget something in my labor bag. This would also be a handy little app for hubby to have as well. I know that my husband would never sit down and read a pregnancy book with me, but he would glance at an app to get weekly updates.
Believe me, you are going to love this app just as much as I do, and guess what?

  • I would love this app! It is so hard to find an app that has everything for pregnancy!
Being pregnant with baby #2 (4th pregnancy overall) I worry about EVERYTHING! LOL

  • I could really use this app for my next pregnancy, I always forgot what symptoms I wanted to talk to my doctor about with my 1st pregnancy, this will really help me track those.

  • Holy cow I need this! I love that you can have all the questions for the doctor ready to go. In my last pregnancy that was what I needed the most. I would always forget my questions when I got there. Kick counter? Seriously who think of these things? That is SO COOL.

  • This app has a lot of great features but I particularly like the feature that lets you create a list of questions for your next doctor visit simply by clicking from a suggested list of symptoms, questions, etc. I always seem to forget things when I go to the doc and this would definitely come in handy! Thanks!

  • I like the really awesome pic of how the baby looks.

  • I like the timeline.

  • i definitely need to take advantage of the checklist for getting ready for doctor’s visits! i am always forgetting what questions i need to ask! :)

  • i like the timeline feature.

  • I love the symptoms feature. I also seem to forget something in-between visits.

  • I like that it is an easy go to with lots of pregnancy symptoms and such detailed images and weekly descriptions!

  • The 3D graphics are great and so are the contraction & kick timers! They would’ve been super helpful with DD#1! The “Prepare for your doctor’s visit” part seems like it’d be helpful too especially when ‘pregnancy brain’ kicks in!

  • Wow that sounds awesome! My favorite feature is the 3d graphics. A baby in utero is amazing. I love to see the development!
