Are you on a weight loss journey? How are you doing?
Well, I did move some this week. You know, like walking, and doing some exercises in the pool. I tried to do some bench pressing with my 23 lb 23 month old. I don’t love it. But I’m working on it. Lots going on and I was weak…too many snacks. Apparently my brain and my stomach aren’t having the right conversations, but I’ve done great the past 2 days with program and plan to continue. I need to get a Zumba Wii or Xbox game, I think.
Our garden is starting to have fruits and veggies for the picking which always makes me happy, and healthy!!
Today I did better. Tomorrow, I will continue to do better. Watch out, rest of the week!! I’m going to conquer you too!
Of course, the slip n slide I’ve had with my program has resulted in another pound gained. Sigh. I’m glad it wasn’t more but at the same time, I kind of deserve it to be. Baby steps, I suppose. It isn’t like I woke up one morning and had gained all this weight overnight, so I can’t very well expect a perfect, smooth road to lose it all. I may be losing this little battle but I will win the war!!
