You should wear sunscreen all year round, as even when it is cloudy, rays from the sun are causing damage. If you buy makeup and other products with added SPF, you might be ok in the winter, when only your face is really exposed. But, in summer, you need a better routine. Apply sunscreen first thing in the morning, and be sure to re-do it on warm days.
Target Specific Problems
Different problems need different treatments. Acne might benefit from cbd oil, a targeted face wash, or even medication if it’s severe. Flakes and dryness may need an intense moisturizer, and sunburn should be treated with an aftersun lotion or aloe vera.
Wear Lighter Makeup
In summer, you will hopefully have a natural healthy glow, which means that you don’t need a heavy foundation, which could feel uncomfortable if your face sweats. Try a tinted moisturizer, or adding a touch of foundation to your morning face cream to keep things light.
Drink More Water
You should be drinking more water in the summer anyway to prevent dehydration. It will also help to keep your skin clear and healthy.

Your diet has a significant impact on your skin. Greasy foods lead to oily skin. Hydrate with plenty of fruit and veg and try to cut too much grease, fat, and sugar.

On very hot days, you should reapply your sunscreen several times. You might be tempted not to if you are worried about your makeup. Carry a soft powder with you for any touch-ups throughout the day.
