>Charter’s Laptop-A-Day Giveaway Sweepstakes

>This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Charter. All opinions are 100% mine.

Charter is doing a laptop-a-day giveaway .  The laptops are Lenovo G555’s with a 15.6″ screen, 160GB drive and 3GB ram (with a Targus bag).  I have much love, myself for Lenovo brand laptops!

I live in an area where Charter is not available.  It’s a bummer because we have a different provider that starts with the same letter and I am beyond displeased with the customer service.  Which makes me even more sad Charter isn’t available where I live, because I always see these awesome promos for new sign-ups for Charter customers!  I saw online that they have given away a hybrid vehicle, a Camaro, an HDTV-a-Day for a MONTH (seriously?), free laptops, free XBox 360s and other things.  This is sooooooo not what happens here in CT.  Sigh.
Here’s a new sweepstakes program that makes me smile wide, even if I can’t GET Charter- Charter wants your favorite school to start smart this fall with 50 new laptops!  In this current economy, think of how much good a school could do with 50 brand new laptops!
Ordering any Charter service automatically gives you a chance to win and get up to $300 cash back. You can also register online with no purchase necessary.
Parents and others (teachers!?) need to nominate their local schools BY AUGUST 12 and encourage their friends to vote for their school to win the 50 laptops.
Charter will choose 50 finalists (based on the nomination stories submitted) and announce them on Aug. 16
Open voting occurs between Aug. 16 and Sept. 20 and Charter will announce the two winning schools on Sept. 27th.
So, you enter to win ONE laptop for yourself, which, in my opinion, is itself a fantastic prize,  (I’m maybe entering but This Mama isn’t known for winning prizes!!) but then you can enter your school and they could win FIFTY laptops.  That’s even more fantastic, don’t you think?
What are you wating for?  12 days to nominate left !!
You can find Charter on Facebook.
