Do you or your tween need to know how to navigate a Haunted House?  It IS October, perhaps this is a good time to give them a tool to help navigate a Haunted House!  Maybe they want to be an authentic Zombie for Halloween- share this book- they can learn how.  (If your tween is like my brothers were, the dirty, grungy clothes will not be a problem for their costumes…)
IF you are the teacher or parent of a tween, this book may be handy for you, too- you can learn how to win a Zombie staredown!

There is a lot of “gross” in this book, for sure, but the authors, David Borgenicht, Nathaniel Marunas, and Robin Epstein, were very sneaky and managed to get a whole LOT of science and learning right in there with all of the information about what the color of your urine means, what a typical day in the life of a louse is, etc.  So your tween is thinking they are checking out all of this gross stuff- and really, they are learning something!!  I love it!!

You can check out the Worst Case Scenario Blog for the latest news and updates- or for help surviving a vampire attack…

I know its early but this would be a GREAT holiday gift (stocking stuffer!) for that tween in your life- especially with the free slime you can request below!!).  You can buy it just about anywhere books are sold, but I noticed that Chronicle Books is offering 25% off using the code GROSS on their website.
