Daylight savings got you down? Feeling extra tired? You aren’t alone! I’m right there with you. Having a desperate 5 am search for a missing hedgehog (he’s found and in his cage secured now) on day 2 of “fall back” didn’t help matters. But… the holidays are coming. That time of year when we’ve got life to live but gifts to buy, things to make and bake, parties, gatherings, and just a whole lot MORE going on than normal.
One thing we must be sure to get is SLEEP! I think most of us as adults (and definitely as parents) have learned just how hard it is to function when you’re not sleeping properly.
