The past 6 weeks have been busy for anyone involved in a school. End of school activities, transitions, promotions, and graduations. At many levels. My youngest graduated Kindergarten a few years ago. While we’ll keep her certificate, we probably won’t frame it… although it’ll live in her school memory box. For older kids, leaving high school and or college, the diploma has a bit more permanence, especially when someone earns those higher degrees. Those degrees aren’t just handed out, they are a symbol of years of hard work and dedication (and often, student loans…)… and those degrees, those diplomas,- those should be shown off. A goal reached for and accomplished, no matter what that diploma reads… plus, it’s an important document and should be preserved carefully even as it’s displayed with pride. It’s a pretty awesome thing to see your graduate’s face (which she may or may not want posted on a blog…so you don’t have her face) showing a little excitement and a lot of pride when they open that box and see this beautiful, custom made frame for THEIR diploma celebrating their years of hard work and dedication to earning that piece of paper.
Graduation season is here, and it is an exciting and emotional time for students and families. It’s the payoff for years of hard work and sacrifice. As students move forward in life, they will look back on their college days with extreme pride. Why not reward that hard work and celebrate the accomplishment with a gift that helps them to display their achievement beautifully while also preserving the diploma!?
